Voting Members:
President: Barb Smalley
presides over all meetings and appoints committees as
necessary.
Vice President: Peggy Kirk
helps the President, coordinates the Newcomers Group,
oversees Community Service Committee.
Recording Secretary: Barbara Hines
keeps membership records, has custody of the meeting
minutes and guild historical material,
oversees the By-Laws and
Parliamentarian Committees.
Corresponding Secretary:
issues notices of meetings, and conducts general
correspondence, oversees the Newsletter Editor
and Web Site Committees.
Treasurer: Gerry Hingst
takes charge of all dues and funds,
keeps a written account of all monetary transactions.
Directors at Large: Pat Knight, Cynda Quigley, and Janora Hayes
responsible for hospitality at meetings and other member
activities, oversees policy and assists the
officers as necessary.
Program Chair(s): Judy Proksa and Linda Montet
recommends and arranges programs for meetings,
oversees the Retreat Committee.
Quilt Show Chairs: Marcia Jacobs and Ginny Barchman
implements all activities pertaining to the current
year annual quilt show.
Non-Voting Members:
Program Chair(s) Elect (2013 Program): Deb York
plans and coordinates all meeting programs in the succeeding
year.
Quilt Show Chair(s) Elect (2013 Show): Pat Hjelmeland and Mary Martin
plans and coordinates all activities pertaining to the annual
quilt show in the succeeding year.
Committee Chairs:
Community Giving Coordinator: Deanna Wilson and Karen Macon
handles charity quilts, community requests for donations and
other special projects.
Retreat Co-Chair: Margaret Simons and Nan Earll
organizes the spring and fall retreats.
Librarians: Susan Guess and Judi Smith
purchases materials and manages the library.
Education Committee: Sharon Meisenheimer and Jill
Reber
Newsletter Editor: Linda Enghausen and
Katherine Roccasecca
compose newsletter and
distribute to membership
Web Site:
maintains the guild's website.
The
guild is always looking for members to volunteer, whether you have time
during one meeting, or several hours a month. If you would like to
