Quilt Entry form - Word Document (.doc) (1 page, 52 KB) Use the "File - Save As" menu item to save the file on your computer. Then you may type in the information in this document, save it, and print it. Either drop it off at a guild meeting (May or June), or send it to the address listed on the bottom portion of the word document form. Please remember to include any judging fees.
We expect over 400 quilt entries. Please print legibly, type, or use the online registration.
One-person quilt: any quilt completely constructed by only one person. All work may be done by hand or machine.
Two or more-person quilt: any quilt that two or more people worked on, in any way, during the construction, quilting or finishing. This includes quilting done for hire. All work may be done by hand or by machine.
Miniature: any quilt with a circumference of 80” or less that reflects a true proportionately-reduced scale version of a large quilt. It may be pieced or appliquéd.
Pictorial: any quilt that depicts a person, place, thing or scene in a realistic or abstract manner. It may include piecing, any type of appliqué or embellishment, as well as any abstract quilting or techniques not included in any other category. All work may be done by hand or by machine.
Traditional: any quilt that is predominantly pieced and based on traditionally style patterns and sets. All work may be done by hand or machine.
Non-Traditional: any quilt that is constructed with non-traditional techniques. It may include mixed techniques as long as one of the techniques is non-traditional (fused or raw edge appliqué, painting embellishment or other surface design elements). All work may be done by hand or machine.
Appliqué: any quilt using appliqué as the predominant construction technique. It may be hand or machine appliquéd.
Friendship: multiple quilt entries using similar theme, pattern or design and made by members of a group as a group project. Quilts entered in the Friendship category will not be judged but will be hung together.
